Instead of summarizing the session, I decided to write it word for word with little commentaries here and there.  When you see "S", that is me - Siobhann, and when you see "A", that is my client Adam.  Adam advised it was ok to share his experience but wanted to remain anonymous, therefor Adam is my alias name.  His session had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.  It was a change from the more common "meat and potato" or "basic farmer" life that many usually are shown.  Adam's voice became deeper and deeper, and even took on a bit of an accent.  His past life was set in the before Christ era as he mentions below.  Enjoy!

S - What do you see?

 

A - Mountains.  The sky is dark.  Sitting by a warm fire.

 

S - And when you look down at your feet, what do you see? 

 

A - Grass.

 

S - Grass.  Ok.  And does your body feel male or female?

 

A - Male.

 

S - And do you feel young or old?

 

A - Middle aged.

 

S - And does your body feel healthy?

 

A - Extremely.

 

S - And when you look at what you’re wearing, what are you wearing on your body?

 

A - A tunic.  A blade.  Some jagged shorts.

 

S - And what are you wearing on your feet?

 

A - Sandals.  Old sandals.

 

S - And are you carrying anything in your hands?

 

A - Just eating.  Eating today’s kill.  Some quarrels, and some rabbits.  Drinking some water.

 

S - And did you catch the animals yourself?

 

A - Yes.  With an old bow that I carved out myself.

 

S - And right now you're cooking the food on the fire?

 

A - Cooking the rabbits and eating the squirrels, yes.

 

S - How do they taste?

 

A - Good!  Fills the belly.

 

S - Is there anyone around you?

 

A - No, just me.  

 

S - Do you feel… you said there are mountains around you?

 

A - Yes.  Mountains, grass, trees.

 

S - Does it feel like a forest, or is it just more mountains and trees?

 

A - More mountains and trees.  Enough trees to maybe be a small forest.

 

S - Ok.  When you go to where you sleep, where are you going to be sleeping?  Do you have a home that’s close to there?

 

A - No home.  I sleep on the ground in the middle of the wilderness.  Don’t have time for a home.  I hunt things.  

 

S - What other kinds of things do you hunt?

 

A - Bad things.  Spirits mostly.  

 

S - And how do you hunt them?

 

A - With magic.  

 

S - And is the magic… can you tell me more about the magic you have?

 

A - I’m a Seer.  I see things.  I could do things.  Keep people from passing through the gates of the mortal realm.  

 

S - And what are these gates like?  You said you keep people from passing through them?

 

A - Evil things.  Things that want to come to this planet Earth.  Things that will harm and destroy.  

 

S - So are you a gatekeeper?

 

A - I am a slayer.  Things that get past, I find and kill.  I send them back.

 

S - And you use magic to do this, or you use your spear you said you have?

 

A - A blade and some magic.  A blade given to me by the angels.

 

S - It must be a pretty magnificent blade.

 

A - Simple.  Effective.  You won’t notice it from any other blade.  But it infuses power.  

 

S - And do you know which angels gave it to you?

 

A - Some powerful angels.  The archangels gifted upon me.  

 

S - And are you a human, or…

 

A - Yes.  A human.  I was born human.

 

S - And what year do you feel it is?  Do you feel a year?

 

A - Old.  It’s really old.  Definitely before Christ came.  The angels talk about the time when he will come, but not yet.

 

S - And it’s your job to keep the evil spirits away from harming…

 

A - Harming Earth, yes.

 

S - And you went on the Earth, is that right?

 

A - Yes. 

 

S - And how do you feel about this job?

 

A - Blessed.  It’s an important one.

 

S - It sounds like you take it very seriously.  

 

A - Yes.  Very serious.  It’s important.  If they get through, people will die.  Earth will cease to exist.  

 

S - Is that what you do most of your days?  You hunt these evil spirits?

 

A - Yes.  Survive.  Hunt.

 

S - Ok, now let’s leave that scene and move towards an important day.  We have now moved forward.  What is happening?  What do you see?

 

A - People.  People around.  Humans, they want me to join the Roman army.  I explained to them I can’t.  I have more important things to do.  But if I don’t, they will execute me.  It’s important I stay alive, so I go.  I do both tasks now.  Fight for the Roman emperor, and… 

 

S - That’s a big job to do both.

 

A - It’s important I stay alive.  Do what’s best.

 

S - Are you still able to get out and hunt evil spirits?

 

A - Yes.  I find they take the form of men most of the time.  Lately, possession has been crazy.  Evil men.  Evil hearts.  

 

S - Does anyone find out what you do?

 

A - No.  Anyone who knows must die.  Only evil spirits know who I truly am.  

 

S - Do they fear you?

 

A - They challenge me, constantly.  

 

S - But you fight?

 

A - Everyday.  I haven’t lost.  Not yet.

 

S - What’s it like being in the Roman army?

 

A - Underfed.  Undervalued.  

 

S - What kind of food do they feed you?

 

A - Scraps.  We have to fight for our own food usually.  We have to hunt our own.  Mostly stick to myself.  

 

S - Have you made any connections or friends in the army?  Or do you just focus on your duty?

 

A - Focus on my duty.  Too dangerous to get friends.  Those close to me will absolutely perish.    

 

S - Is that because of the job you do?  They can’t find out?

 

A - Yes.  Spirits will attack those closest to me.

 

S - Do you ever find that lonely?

 

A - No.  I’m not lonely.  

 

S - It takes a strong heart to be able to do that.

 

A - I suppose it does.

 

S - Do you ever see the angels again?  Do they help or guide you?

 

A - No.  Not usually.  Their messages are usually very brief, if at all.

 

S - What kind of messages do they give you?

 

A - If I’m hurt, they will heal.  Sometimes they protect me. 

 

S - And do you ever see them when they do come to protect you?

A - No, it’s a flash of light and that’s all.

 

S - And that’s how you know?

 

A - Exactly, yes.

 

S - And are you high up in the ranks in the army?

 

A - No, just a small soldier.

 

S - And why did they ask you to join the army?  Is it because of your strength, or because you’re male, or…?

 

A - They just need people, just bodies to get slaughtered for some king.

 

S - Do you know what the fight is about right now, about the battle?

 

A - No just some greedy king wanting territory.

 

S - Do you know the king’s name?

 

A - No.  Earthly matters don’t bother me much.

 

S - Is that because your other job is much more important?

 

A - Yes, exactly.

 

*I moved him forward to another important scene in the life he was looking at*

S - What do you see?  What are you looking at?

 

A - I see animals.  I finally have a place of my own.  I retired from my job and my duties were bestowed onto someone else.  I have become a simple farmer.

 

S - Are you talking about the duties of slaying the spirits?

 

A - Yes.  It has been passed to someone else.  My job is done.

 

S - Why was it passed to someone else?

 

A - I got old, weaker.  Needed someone young to come. I did enjoy my elderly years, my animals, my farm, enjoyed my last days on Earth.  It’s relaxing.  It’s nice.  

 

S - Is there anyone with you, or are you by yourself?

 

A - Just me and my animals, and my farm.

 

S - It sounds like the solitude would be nice, after a busy life.

 

A - *chuckles* Yes, yes.

 

S - And are you near the same mountains and trees that you were at when you were younger?

 

A - Yes, just off the coast, yes.  Close, but a little farther.  I’m by the water now but I can still see the mountains in the distance.

 

S - What does your house look like?

 

A - Small, nothing big.  There is a bed and a fireplace, it does the job.  I still sleep outside most of the time, under the stars.  

 

S - Is that where you’re comfortable?

 

A - Yes.

 

S - And what kind of animals do you have on the farm?

 

A - Lots and lots of horses, few cattle, sheep, and some chickens.

 

S - And you were able to survive the Roman army?

 

A - Yes, and I aged, and got discharged.  I was allowed to live freely.

 

S - That’s great.  Did you enjoy fighting in the army, or was it just a necessity to stay alive at the time?

 

A - Just a necessity at the time.  I don’t enjoy ruthless killing.

 

S - Yeah.  And do you still see any of the spirits you used to see?

 

A - I always see them, but they don’t come after me.  They have a new target.  But I will always see them.

 

S - Did you give your blade to the new person?

 

A - No.  It was a gift only to me, only I can wield it.  I’m sure he has his own weapon of his choice.

 

S - Is there anyone you’re going to pass that weapon down to?

 

A - No, it belongs to me, and only me.  Only I can wield it.

 

S - Is that because of the magic that was put into it by the angels?

 

A - Correct, yes.

 

S - And once your body dies in this life, what is going to happen to your blade?  Is someone else going to find it?

 

A - No.  It disappears.  It will die with me, it is me, it is a part of me.  

 

*I then moved him to the last day of his life, in the life he was looking at, as this part is always very important for the client.  They never have to experience the actual death, only watch it as an observer so they are able to talk about it without any physical or emotional discomfort.*

 

S - What do you see?  What are you looking at?

 

A - It’s cold.  Winter is coming.  I’m old.  I know this will be my last day.  I’m relieved.  

 

S - You had a busy life.

 

A - Yes.

 

S - Why do you feel relieved?

 

A - I am tired, exhausted.  I am ready to move on to whatever is next.

 

S - Are you laying down right now, or where are you?

 

A - I am laying down, closing my eyes.  

 

*The part when the person in the life is actually dying can take quite a while, so I like to move it along by taking them to the moment right after the death when they are in spirit form, looking at their body.  This is when they become more aware of the life, and lessons that they went through, there is more clarity.*

 

S - What does your body look like right now?

 

A - Peaceful.  *laughs* old, but peaceful.

 

S - What does it feel like to be out of that body now?

 

A - Light.

 

S - And when you look back at this life, every life has a lesson and purpose. What do you think you learned from it?

 

A - That we must protect ourselves from the evil people.  Hearts of men can easily be corrupted.  

 

S - What do you think the purpose of this lifetime was?

 

A - Not sure.  

 

S - And now that you are out of the body, and you are in spirit form.  Where do you want to go now?  Where are you going to go?

 

A - I see a place.  A castle in the sky almost.  

 

S - Do you feel drawn to go to that place?

 

A - Yeah, I want to go see it.

 

S - Ok, why don’t you go over to that place, and tell me what it’s like.  You say it’s like a castle in the sky?

 

*A few of my clients now have mentioned a “castle in the sky”, it usually holds lots of books, scrolls, whatever the client might see as “knowledge”, and it’s always guarded by something.  Some have claimed an angel guards it, some explain different creatures, but they are always the “Guardian of the knowledge”, or the “Gatekeeper”.

 

A - There’s a giant door, so I knock.  A winged creature opens, *words were jumbled, sounded like a mix between a bull and an owl*, a giant.  He tells me this is where information is stored.

 

S - What kind of information?

 

A - All information.  Anything you can imagine he tells me.

 

S - Do you feel like you want to go in there?

 

A - Yes.

 

S - And what do you do once you go inside?

 

A - I start reading, reading books upon books for what seems like years and centuries.

 

S - You are here for years and centuries, or you have years and centuries of books to read?  What do you mean by that?

 

A - Books to read, lots.  It would take someone centuries to read them all, to read everything.

 

S - Which books do you feel more drawn to to read?

 

A - Books about Earth and people.

 

S - Why do you want to read those?

 

A - I’ve spent years protecting the Earth, it’s where I like to be, it’s the role I have chosen.  I am drawn to it.  

 

S - Why do you feel drawn to the Earth?

 

A - It’s a young planet, but a nice one, beautiful, beautiful creatures.  It’s home.  

 

S - Earth feels like a home?  

 

A - Yes.

 

S - And this place that you’re in right now with all the knowledge and books, is this where you like to go after you’ve lived your lives?

 

A - Yes.  Sometimes I linger too long.

 

S - I can see why it would be easy to stay there, it seems like a wonderful place.  You’ve been to his place before?

 

A - Many times, and many times since my first life.

 

S - What is this place called?  Does it have a name?

 

A - I do not know the name of this place.  I just refer to it as “The Castle in The Sky”.

 

S - And how many lives have you lived?  You said you’ve been going here since your first life.  How many?

 

A - Maybe 20.  I tend to stay here a lot longer than I should.

 

S - Why shouldn’t you stay there too long?

 

A - I never found that answer.  The Gatekeeper just tells me, “you can’t stay here for too long”.  

 

S - Is it because you have other things to do?

 

A - Maybe, he never tells me.  He just tells me there is a time limit, and I must go.

 

*Now is when I called in his Subconscious to ask his questions, and get more information on the lives he was shown.*

 

I am going to keep a lot of his Subconscious part vague and left out to protect privacy, as he requested:

 

We learned through his Subconscious that in every single life he has had on Earth, he has stood up and fought against bad or evil people.  It is his strength and what he is meant to do, in all his lives that he has lived, and will live.  We received great information on the career path he is meant to go down, which happened to be a childhood dream, and involves protecting others.  Due to Adam being a Seer in this past life, he has also brought forth some of those gifts to this life he is living now.  He is very intuitive and has certain dreams that hold meaning. The Subconscious wouldn’t elaborate too much on this as it didn’t see it as important for him to know at this time, he wasn’t meant to use these types of gifts in this life but they did trickle over.  The Subconscious did say that a lot of his dreams are messages for him to help get him on his correct path.  “The Castle in The Sky” is obviously one his favourite places to go in between his lives.  In this life he is living now, he has a thirst for knowledge, and learning “random” facts about anything and everything, it’s interesting how this comes right from his soul.  

 

Advice from the Subconscious:

 

SC - His dreams hold messages that we send him.

 

S - Does he ever remember the messages when he wakes up?

 

SC - Sometimes.  But he knows deep down what the dream meant.

 

S - Sometimes when our conscious minds are there in the forefront, it’s hard to remember the messages that were given. Is that right?

 

SC - Yes.  But unlike the mind, the heart will know, the soul will know.

 

S - How do we turn off our brains, and follow our hearts and souls more?  How do we let them be our guide?  Do you have any advice?

 

SC - Breath, relax.  If you’re thinking, you're not feeling.  

 

S - So think a little less, so we can feel a little more?

 

SC - Yes.

 

S - That’s good advice, thank you.

 

There was no physical or emotional healing to do, the Subconscious said his body was healthy enough and he is already working on the rest.

 

The parting message from his Subconscious to Adam was:  “Follow your gut.  I am his gut.”
